I think I finally figured out what your art rminds me of: movies by Tarkovsky. Since you are Russian, maybe you know what I'm talking about. There is a kind of an otherwordlyness, a silence, a haunting strangeness..... And the black and white works beautifully.

this leaves me with the sense that I've come across someone's life, one afternoon, and should leave everything as it lay. many of your photos do this to me. a strange kind of a quiet reverence that tells me not to disturb anything.

nice to know the thought is shared! I usually cannot say anything, other than to fav his works. I'm left with that silent thoughtful feeling. Which the world needs more of. Contemplation never hurt anyone, eh?
